About this Event
Calling all road riders, gravel grinders, and mtn bike enthusiasts! Come enjoy a yoga class designed for all cyclists. Learn about how to prep your body for riding, overcome imbalances, and prioritize recovery. Come learn how to better your cycling experience as well as meet some new riding mates!
This is a 60 minute workshop class that will be led by Allison Wells, who is an avid rider and yogi! Along with teaching empowering yoga classes, she works at a bike store as well. So this workshop is bringing the two loves of her life together! (This workshop is not heated, but our studio is typically on the warmer side.)
YogaSix South Alexandria offers a range of warm-hot yoga class formats that are designed with everyone in mind. There is 90 minute validated parking in the Carlyle Parking Garage located on Mill Rd.
