If you are experiencing short or long-term side effects from cancer treatment such as fatigue, joint stiffness or ongoing anxiety, yoga can really help. During each class we practice a mixture of breathing, movement and relaxation open to everyone whether you have practiced yoga in the past or not. I am a trained yoga teacher specialising in yoga for cancer and provide a safe and caring space to practice in. Please contact me if you have questions about the practice or would like to book a class. Classes work on a pay what you can basis up to £10 per class.
