Anxiety manifests in a lot of different ways; this course will offer tools for addressing the mental, physical and emotional experience of anxiety, and set you up for a lifetime of powerful self care!We will use breathwork, yoga and somatics exercises, guided meditation and journaling to create a calm nervous system, and allow for insights into your own experience.
Instructor Erin Hansbrough has been teaching yoga since 2001. Yoga and meditation have been among the primary tools she has used to navigate her own experience of anxiety and PTSD, and she loves sharing these practices with others.
