This event incorporates yoga, somatic movement, and breathwork to help you explore your own natural sensations, rhythms, and cycles to grow your self-knowledge and empowerment.These events are offered free of charge through the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County. Participating supports the continuation of local library programs + you get free yoga! 💜
