Come relax, unwind, and rejuvenate with us through gentle yoga practices tailored for breast cancer care and recovery. Whether you're a survivor, currently undergoing treatment, or supporting a loved one, this event is open to all. Let's come together in a safe and nurturing space to promote healing and well-being. No prior yoga experience required. See you there!
Please try to arrive 10 minutes before the workshop begins to allow for quiet time. Enter the building at Door 7. The workshop is in rooms N103/104. Yoga blocks, straps, and chairs are provided. Please bring a mat and a small blanket to class.
Please print and sign the waiver form in your confirmation email. Additional forms will be available the day of the workshop, so if you forget, no worries. All attendees must have a signed waiver to participate.
