This month, we are dedicated to raising awareness and funds for those impacted by breast cancer.

Join us for a special all-levels Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath event dedicated to strength and support. This class is open to everyone—survivors, patients, caregivers, and allies. We’ll focus on heart-opening postures and resilience-building breathwork.
