Yoga for Bone Health, ContinuedHave you taken one of Jael’s Yoga for Bone Health series and wished you could continue the practice? Well, now you can!
In this class students will build on the techniques they have already learned with both new and familiar poses. There will be less discussion about the theory behind this style of yoga and more opportunity to do yoga. Each week Jael will introduce a new series of the poses proven to protect and improve bone health.
Completion of one of Jael’s previous Yoga for Bone Health Series is a prerequisite for registration.

$90 for 4-week series, pre-registration required.
