In a Yoga for Bone Health class, we approach familiar postures with a new emphasis—not just on knowing the shape, but on building strength and engagement through the trunk, maintaining alignment, activating the arms, shoulders, and upper back, and fostering stability through the lower body.
A breath centred practice, incorporating myofascial balls and resistance bands to increase awareness as we move.
