This ritual practice offers space for Black femmes to explore a return to truth, voice, and power that has long been denied, distorted, or dismissed. Through movement, visualization, and energetic awareness, we center the throat chakra as a portal for remembering and reasserting our own narratives.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding flow that incorporates breathwork, somatic inquiry, and intentional sequencing to open the neck, shoulders, and jaw to clear pathways for expression and release. With space for stillness, voice, and vibrational practices, we’ll explore what it means to speak, sound, and move from an inner place of knowing.
