We are pleased to provide nurturing quarterly yoga offerings for bereaved mums and women; those bereaved through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby or child.
Led by Hannah at her beautiful and peaceful Yoga Village Studio space, these sessions are a chance to take a moment of self care, and come together with others.
Our Yoga offering gives you a calming and meditative opportunity to relax and connect with yourself and others. Yoga, tasty snacks, and a chance to chat, share and reflect.
