Amanda found her calling when making the move from the corporate world into the health & wellbeing industry over 10 years ago.As a qualified 500 hour Yoga teacher, Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor, health coach & cacao facilitator she believes in guiding and motivating others to embrace the power of the human body to feel empowered, to heal and encourage everyone to recognise the importance of taking time out of this busy world to relax, recharge and connect back in with themselves.Join her for a Yoga, Pilates class, meditation with cacao class or private one to one classes tailored for your needs.
