This is a wholistic yoga course with a spiritual atmosphere, where we will include practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, introversion and meditation to train all our human capabilities and learn to know ourselves better.No previous experience needed, everything will be gently introduced in detail and clarity.
Your presence and curiosity is all that is needed.
When: Tuesdays from 18:45-20:00

How much: The full fee of the whole course of 11 classes is 2420czk.
