Everything you need to know to get started will be discussed here, in this no pressure, no expectations platform. The workshop format is open to dialog and questions, unlike a typical class format, to give you a deeper understanding of your body and your practice.
We will explore the benefits of yoga, basic yoga philosophy, meditation and breathing techniques. We will learn/dissect the basic foundational poses of yoga where you will begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits of practicing, such as:
