From understanding the history and philosophy of yoga to mastering basic postures and alignment, this course equips you with the knowledge and skills to establish a strong yoga practice.
Throughout the four weeks, you’ll experience a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. You’ll learn to link breath with movement, develop mindfulness, and explore techniques to enhance relaxation and stress relief. Each session includes guided practices, interactive adjustments, and modifications to ensure a safe and personalized experience, making yoga accessible to everyone.
