About this Event
Yoga for Beginners is a six-week series that will cover the basics of a holistic Yoga practice.
Each week will focus on a fundamental element, such as: sun salutations, downward dog, key standing poses (triangle, warrior 2, side angle pose), balancing poses, closing poses, meditation and breath techniques (pranayama).
Each class will build on from the previous week with opportunity to review and reinforce what was learnt in previous sessions.
Whether you are at the beginning stages of your practice or are looking to revisit the fundamentals of Yoga this course is designed for everyone!
This series can be purchased as a whole for $120 + HST at https://momence.com/s/100678572 or you can drop in any week for $25 +HST.
Series runs on Monday evenings from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
