
There are many reasons why someone may experience back pain and physical yoga practice is a proven way to help alleviate and manage that pain. In this workshop you will learn some anatomy related to back pain discover how to take extra care of your back during practice and explore some additional postures and exercises to tap into exactly what you may need for pain management. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners and for those experiencing pain anywhere along the spine (from low back to neck).
