n the series “Yoga for Athletes”, Regina, from Healthy Living with Regina, will be using a blend of Hatha and slow Vinyasa that focuses on stability, balance, alignment, flexibility and mobility. Enabling you to pursue the training and workouts you love safely and efficiently.The goal of these sessions is to empower people to learn about their bodies, cultivate stability and balance, increase mobility, and support healthy functional movement.
This series will teach you how yoga can improve overall performance, promote injury prevention and cultivate healthy, mindful movement.
We will go through asanas (poses) for strength, stretching for flexibility, alignment for injury prevention, and mobility to improve range of motion
$15 per class or $50 for all.
