Yoga is a beneficial component of any cross-training routine for athletes, and it can enhance performance and prevent injury in other sports, such as soccer, tennis, biking, weight training and more. In this all-ages workshop, we will focus on mobility circuits, followed by longer holds in Yin poses. The aim is to improve alignment, range of motion and muscle fiber recruitment. This strengthens the kinetic chain of movement, which results in boosted performance, whatever your athletic sport or your status as beginner or pro.This event will be taught by Britt Autumn.
