New 🌟Yoga for Anxiety- This yoga & meditation session is specifically focused on reducing stress hormones in the body & encouraging activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest)
As well as benefiting the body & mind during the session, we will be learning tools (EFT & Breathing techniques) that can be used in day to day life to reduce stress.
Even if you don’t suffer with anxiety, this class will be of great benefit to your health & wellbeing.
If you struggle with Sleep issues,
find it hard to relax and switch off,
have a stressful job or just fancy some self care, this is for you.

✨Then yoga to release stress from the physical body.
✨EFT- Emotional Freedom technique (tapping pressure points)
You will learn more about this in the session.
✨30mins Yoga Nidra guided Meditation/relaxation
30mins yoga nidra is the same benefit to the body as 3hrs restful sleep.
