Yoga For All Levels with Norine Gammon is open to everyone, beginners and beyond.This class will take you through a series of postures followed by deep relaxation, guided meditation, and breathing exercises.
Modifications will be accessible throughout the class.
Tuesday Class: This is an 8-week session- Tuesdays September 10 through October 29, 5:00-6:15PM in our yoga studio. $104 for the entire 8-week session or $15 to drop in.
