Welcome to an opportunity to help relax, heal, release.
Yin yoga, on Mondays and Fridays, and Vinyasa flow every Tuesday(all levels welcome). The Yin classes can help allow you to finally get that deeper range of motion and stretch, along with relaxation. For the Vinyasa flow (all levels welcome), you can expect to gain strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to you body through heat building sequences. Give yourself the gift of inner peace to cultivate more resilience, both physically and mentally.
Monday and Friday are yin yoga

Tuesday is vinyasa flow (more movement and strength)
The classes are for one hour
