Designed with those with reduced mobility in mind, this free session is suitable for all and can be adapted on the day for you, whether you want to use a mat on the floor, sit in a chair or prefer to stand. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you would prefer, or borrow one of ours.
This session is designed with adults in mind, and therefore we kindly ask that children do not attend. We are running free family yoga sessions throughout the day on Thursday 1st August. Please visit our 'What's On' page for more information.
