About this Event
This 90-minute Hatha Yoga class is gently heated between 75–80 degrees to support circulation, ease stiffness, and make stretching safer. It’s designed especially for beginners and anyone looking for a steady, proven path toward improving their mobility.
You’ll build strength, balance, and flexibility through mindful, accessible movement. The class is challenging enough to feel rewarding, yet adaptable for all ages and levels. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or working through limited range of motion, you’ll find this practice both grounding and energizing.
Classes are led by Brian Stern, a Roslindale-based instructor who has been teaching for 14 years and has worked with students of all ages and abilities. His approach emphasizes steady progress, clear guidance, and a supportive environment where everyone can feel successful.
