Yoga for a Cause: Carbon County Community Foundation

Please join the Carbon County Community Foundation and Zen with Zegley for an hour of yoga appropriate for all taught by Melissa Zegley.
We will explore seated and standing poses, our breath, and a brief meditation. Please bring your own mat and your favorite props.
Class will be donation based to support the Fund for Carbon County. Please considering donating to the fund even if you are unable to attend.
