About this Event
Care for yourself while caring for others! Yoga has many physical and mental benefits for those who practice. This is a great opportunity to give back while giving to yourself! Come enjoy an "all-levels" yoga class led by Lauren Bowles, 200-YTT.
This is a monthly dontation based "Yoga in the Park" series running from May-September benefiting SafeHome Domestic Violence Shelter. 100% of your donation will go to SafeHome.
The recommended donation is $10/person per class. All donations will be delivered to SafeHome on October 1st in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Donations can be made via Venmo: Lauren-Bowles-1 (3767), QR codes available to scan onsite for donations.
Please allow a little extra time for parking due to the Farmers Market. There is lots of street parking in the area and a public parking garage within a few blocks of the park.
What to bring:
- yoga mat/towel
- water
- blocks if you like to practice with them
Where will we practice?
- In the grassy area in the middle of the park, near where the stage is!
