Join us to slow down, ask questions, and build confidence in your yoga practice.
What to expect:
Take all 7 workshops, or choose a la carte. Each 75-minute workshop focuses on a core category of yoga postures or practices, offering clear explanations, thoughtful breakdowns, and plenty of space to explore at your own pace. These sessions are less about “doing it right” and more about understanding your body, building trust in your practice, and connecting with the purpose behind the poses.
With rotating teachers, you’ll experience different perspectives while staying grounded in shared foundational principles.
Each workshop is designed to stand-alone, so you can drop in for the topics that interest you, or attend all seven dates for a discounted price.
