Doors and champers open at 9:40 for our special independence day edition of DOWN DAWG.. Experience helpful but not required in this fun yet fast paced vinyasa flow set to star spangled tunes. Dancing, singing and dressing up encouraged. Stay after for a complimentary cool treat and our warm and loving community.
