About this Event
Join us at House of Youth on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 9:00 AM for a Yoga flow on the roof to get your body moving and your mind at peace, followed by a sound bath to encourage healing.
Our instructor, Leslie Landin will be guiding this class. She is an experienced yoga instructor and will guide you expertly through this flow which is perfect for people of all levels.
