About this Event
Looking for a time to come to yourself, connect and end the year in a fun way? In our Yoga Flow Inner Glow Workshop, we will take you on a journey of relaxation, introspection and connection.
What to expect:
Yoga. Yin and Yang in balance, with soft lighting, blankets and candles.
Reflection. We will take time to reflect and write down our thoughts. Bring your own journal or use a notebook and pen that we will provide.
Connecting. A time to share what the workshop has brought you. Feel free to speak, ask a question or stay in silence, just the way you feel.
And after the workshop, eat together!
We invite you to enjoy an atmospheric dinner together. Here we continue our reflection with inspiring question cards and share Christmas traditions in a cozy way at the table.

The workshop is open to everyone, both members of our community and those outside our circle who wish to join.
