Gt Holland’s Pavilion, South Rd, RG40 3EECome and get your weekend off to a great start by joining us for an evening of yoga to move your body and then a gong bath to soothe your spirit.
We’ll start with around 45 minutes of Hatha yoga with Toni (Yoga with Toni). She will lead you through a specially planned routine to give your body a good stretch, then you get to relax and rest for the remaining time, where I will immerse you in the healing frequencies of the gong & other instruments.
There will be fresh fruit to nibble on at the end and a little goody bag with a cake and tea for you to enjoy when you’re snuggled up in bed at home :)
