Yoga Fit Teacher Training Level 2: Communication
Dive deeper into YogaFit’s transformational language in Level Two to effectively communicate with your students. Using physical cues, mental imagery, and positive affirmations, you’ll learn to foster a safe, nurturing environment for all students, regardless of their experience or ability.
This is a two-day training on Saturday, December 7th & Sunday, December 8th.
