International Yoga Day falls on the 21st of June but we wanted to make this event accessible for those who work Fridays so we will join together the Sunday before!
The day will consist of bite sized classes for you to attend FOR FREE to experience yoga perhaps for the first time, or to enjoy your favourite styles of yoga as an avid practitioner.
Whether you're currently a member, never been to our studio before or have been in the past- EVERYONE is welcome! We would love to share this event with you, and join together to practice.
The day runs 9am-3pm and you're welcome to book as many classes as you like, please note upon booking you'll need to add your card details to our booking app to confirm your place on the class- otherwise your booking will not be valid.
There is no charge to attend the classes but failure to turn up/ cancelling 24 hours before you will be charged £6 which is the drop in price of our half hour timetabled classes. This is so those on the wait list for the classes do not miss out. Especially for aerial yoga where our spaces are limited to 17.

9.15-9.45am Sound bowl, Meditation & Yin Yoga with Sammy
10-11am Half Yoga Mala with Rose
11.15-11.45am Slow Flow Aerial with Kerrie
12-12.30pm Beginners Ashtanga Yoga with Kirsty
12.45-1.15pm Hatha Yoga with Pam
1.30-2pm Ladder Vinyasa yoga with Emma
2.15-2.45pm Stress Relief Yoga with Victoria
Any queries please don't hesitate to contact us, Emma would love to chat about any questions you have! Please note we have stairs to enter the building & there will be photos taken on the day during the classes. If you do not wish to be included in any photos just let us know before the class starts.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT WHERE POSSIBLE. If you need to use one of our mats you will be charged £2 on the day.
