Join us for a transformative six-week beginner yoga series designed for those new to yoga or anyone looking to revitalize their practice. In a nurturing and welcoming environment, you’ll connect with your body, enhance your flexibility, and discover a profound source of introspection and stress relief. We will introduce you to the essential foundations of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.Throughout the series, you'll have ample opportunities to ask questions and receive personalized guidance, ensuring you build a strong foundation and cultivate confidence as you embark on your yoga journey.
Week 1: Introduction to the foundational aspects of a yoga practice
Week 2: Focus is on the proper alignment of foundational postures.
Week 3: We will explore the use of props and modifications to help you feel more comfortable and supported in your practice
Week 4: All about connecting breath to movement. Mindfulness anchors will be utilized to further deepen your practice.
Week 5: Focus is on maintaining healthy joints to ensure longevity in your yoga practice
Week 6: Taking everything we have learned, we will practice a full yoga class together
