Free Yoga class conducted in Spanish, it isa gentle class for beginners. It is based on breathing, calming the mind,stretching, postures and of course relaxation. Everyone is welcome. This free event will be held on the library lower-level in the Floy Farr Room. Registration is recommended, but not required. Registration opens January 4th.
