For our first YOGA+ we’ll be combining yoga with some EDM, electronic dance music. Expect big bass, a fun flow and a spiritual connection in a safe environment ~ YOGA+ is more than a class — it’s an experience. A monthly gathering where yoga meets creativity, freedom, and joyful expression through a rotating, fun theme. Each 90-minute journey is designed to open the mind, body, and spirit in layers. We begin with 30 minutes of intentional yoga movement, grounding into breath and presence. From there, the music rises and we flow into 30 minutes of ecstatic dance — a space to move freely, release inhibition, and let the body speak without judgment. We close with 30 minutes of gentle movement and meditation, allowing the nervous system to soften, the heart to integrate, and the spirit to settle.
YOGA+ is an invitation to feel, to express, to let go, and to come home to yourself — all within a supportive, playful community.
No dance experience needed.
No expectations.
Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move beyond the mat.
