I’m now reducing my day long yoga retreat offering by £10 to just £45 to ensure I fill the available spaces. You will get 2 yoga sessions, one more dynamic to start the day and the other a relaxing Yin deep stretch to end the day (beginners welcome) as well as a guided yoga nidra relaxation and a Kirtan experiential singing workshop.
Also time in nature at lunchtime at a beautiful location.
