A special Yoga retreat lowering our excessive connection on the outside, exploring our Sacral Chakra from disconnection as a way to sense and feel our inner deep wisdom and reveal our authentic soul. We will explore step by step the energy channels of our body from the Navel, to balance the energy in our subtle body and unearth our own true story.
All levels of Yoga are welcome, both beginners to Yoga as well as advanced practitioners. Beginners should have a regular sport practice. During the practices there will be different variations according to your level of Yoga.
