Our day retreats are a mix of yoga sequences (asana) breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. The May date is themed around the Earth element with a connection to primal movement and grounding postures.


We always provide a nourishing buffet lunch (prepared by chef Georgia) and unlimited tea/coffee.


The classes are led by Charlotte Yoga Alliance registered instructor and have been designed for those of all experience levels to connect you with your body and breath as you flow through asanas - or sit in stillness - surrounded by the beauty and sounds of the forest.


In case of adverse weather we have a lovely big room and a yurt we can use at the venue. Feel free to bring your own props and mats but we can also provide them.

Day retreat schedule:

-10am - Welcome & walk to the forest

-10.30am - Talk & tea

-11am - First asana class

-12pm - Pranayama (breathwork)

-12.30pm - Meditation

-1pm - Lunch

-2pm - Second asana class

-3pm - Meditation

-3.30-4pm - Finish
