Sole 2 Soul Yoga will have its own section where we will bring to you a full schedule of taster sessions with a range of fantastic teachers. There will be a kids corner for yoga and mindfulness and advice, sound healing and a general feel good vibe!
There will be food stalls (vegan and non vegan) and other stalls and therapies at the event too so come along and spend an hour or a whole day!

This event is FREE but we are asking for a small donations based on what you can afford and there will be a pot on the day and online donation option
We are raising money for Charlies Wings which has been set up by our dear friend Gemma from Midlands Yoga after the sudden death of her son at 16 last year.
Charlies wings aims to help teenagers get the support and outlet to be the best version of themselves.
