*🧘 09:00 – 10:00 | Yoga Dance*
Before the hike, we will gather in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature for a unique yoga experience with dance elements. The flow combines yoga positions, mindful breathing, and rhythmic positions to help stretch the body before hiking while energizing the spirit - the perfect way to connect, and start the morning on a high note.
*🌿 10:00 – 14:00 | Waterfall Quest*
We will start our hike through the scenic trails of Pano Platres, walking along lush forest paths, discovering hidden corners of nature, and passing by some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area. This hike is designed to be enjoyable and moderately challenging, suited for nature lovers who want both relaxation and exploration.
We will end up in a nearby tavern to replenish our bodies with nutritious food. This is OPTIONAL - please mention your intention to join upon booking your spot.
