This fun-filled opportunity to explore yoga and mindfulness is for kids ages 5 - 10. Feel free to wear your costumes to this month's spooky fun Halloween Yoga + Crafts class! During this independent class, we:
🎨 Create a fun craft for students to take home - a great opportunity for them to be creative, build their fine motor skills, and make something that they are proud of!
🏃♂️🏃♀️ Play lots of fun movement games - these kiddos have so much energy, and they are encouraged to use it! So much fun is had while they build friendships and play together.
🧘♀️🧘 Learn yoga poses, of course! Yoga poses are a wonderful way to help kids learn about body awareness, balance, and physical health. Practicing yoga poses also helps kids build self-esteem and resilience!
📖 Get nice and cozy while practicing and experiencing the benefits of mindfulness. Often, we read a book and do a guided meditation exercise to help our bodies find how good it feels to just be still, relax, and breathe!
** REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT **
Space is limited to 10 students, so the only way to guarantee your spot is to message me and let me know!
Students should bring a water bottle, and a blanket if they like 🩵
