This monthly Yoga + Craft class is such a fun opportunity for kids aged 5 - 10! May's class will be focused on OUTER SPACE, and I can't wait to explore some STEM, planets, astronauts, and of course... aliens!During this independent class, we:
? Create a fun craft for students to take home - a great time for them to be creative, build their fine motor skills, and make something that they are proud of!
?♂️?♀️ Play lots of fun movement games - these kiddos have so much energy, and they are encouraged to use it! So much fun is had while they build friendships and play together.
?♀️? Learn yoga poses, of course! Yoga poses are a wonderful way to help kids learn about body awareness, balance, and strength. Practicing yoga poses also helps kids build a sense of compassion and resilience!
? Get nice and cozy while practicing and experiencing the benefits of mindfulness. Often, we read a book and do a guided meditation exercise to help our bodies find how good it feels to just be still, relax, and breathe!
** REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT **
Space is limited to 10 students, so the only way to guarantee your spot is to message me and let me know!
Students should bring a water bottle, and a blanket if they like ?
Cost is $12/child and can be paid in cash or through Venmo @growasyougo
