Yoga Core Basics is an all-level class built around Sun Salutations but with an emphasis on deep core strength and stability. This class begins at 6:30 but we precede it with a fun 30 min KettleBell class @ 5:45
The KettleBell class is open to all levels.
KettleBells start at 5:45 - Donation based
Yoga Core Basics starts at 6:30 (Class Passes are available )
