Yoga Conditioning6-week Series

This six-week series is for those interested in using yoga to cross-train or use as active recovery for Fall and Winter sports and activities. Class will include traditional yoga postures and breathwork along with dynamic movements that help build cardiovascular endurance, improve focus, build core strength, restore balance, and increase flexibility. Every class will end with a few restorative poses. No yoga experience necessary, all levels welcome.
Cost: $35 per class or $135 for entire series, which includes an unlimited yoga pass for the length of the series.

About your teacher:
Alyssa is an ERYT-500 Yoga Instructor and a Boise Native. She has been teaching since 2012. As an outdoor enthusiast, athlete, and adventurer, the practice of Yoga has been her foundation of mind/body health, recovery, and resilience. She began her yoga education in Nosara, Costa Rica with Don and Amba Stapleton. Alyssa believes yoga is for every BODY. Her strength as a yoga guide and educator is her ability to embody the art and science of yoga into a tangible and authentic experience in a class setting.
Alyssa also holds a 50-hour Yoga for Athletes Teacher Training Cert. from Sage Rountree.
