The workshops are suitable for all levels of yoga experience but also a great introduction if you have not done any yoga before. We will build up the poses gradually from standing, sitting, twists to backbends and inversions. Everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. The aim is to distribute weight evenly over your muscles, bones and joints. Once both sides of your body become symmetrical undue stress is removed. There will be a relaxation time at the end of the session for your body to absorb all the benefits of your hard work.
Friday 18.30 - 21.00 Restorative Yoga
Saturday 10.00 - 17.00 Pranayama, Hips, Inversions (lunch break & walk)
Sunday 9.30 - 13.00 Pranayama, Backbends
For this workshop you will need to bring your own props (mat, brick, belt, blanket). It is advisable to book the whole workshop (€155) you may book single days at the following prices: Friday €40, Saturday €80, Sunday €50.
