Join Sara Wait for outdoor yoga at the Como Lakeside Pavilion.Donation based classes meet rain or shine on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am. Start your day off enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Como while protected from the outdoor elements (sun, rain, bugs).
Sara will end each class with a singing bowl meditation to help you relax and reset your energy.
Bring your own yoga mat and water. Parking and restrooms are available on site. The pavilion gates will open at 7:45am and close at the start of class.
Class format: alignment focused with a fusion of gentle flow/vinyasa and Yin yoga
