This is a gentle, nurturing monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel part of something supportive and real.
Each session begins with around an hour of gentle, grounding Yoga (all levels welcome — come exactly as you are), followed by time to sit together over tea/coffee in the CSon's café (drink not included in ticket price)
There’s no pressure to socialise in any particular way — you’re welcome to chat, listen, rest, or just enjoy being in shared space. This is a place to nurture connection, build friendships, and feel held by community, whether you come for the movement, the company, or simply some time for yourself.
Friends, family and loved ones are very welcome — the more we gather, the richer the space becomes 🌿
