Join us Saturday, October 18th at 9:30 am at Sonder Kitchen! Allison is the founder of YUJ Yoga Studio and has been a strong supporter of charity: water’s mission over the years. During her gentle yoga class she will share the wisdom of the Shambhala warriors, that arose not as soldiers with weapons but as humans of heart. Gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation will nurture trust in basic goodness and a felt sense of belonging, even if we perceive the current world as a fractured place. This class will build compassion and fill empathic hearts.After the class enjoy pastries + coffee.
The class is 1 hour long and limited to 10 participants.
$25 from every participant is given to clean water.
