About this Event
Candlelight community small yoga class. Come and enjoy your body through gentle and mindful movements connecting yourself to your inner peace. Promotional price for 6 Mondays is $68.00 for Jan 19, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, 23. Make up available on March 2 and 9 for any missed classes. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat and a waterbottle. Also, your blocks/bolster if you have them and/or a small pillow/blanket, for extra comfort if you wish. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class to settle onto your mat. Take time for yourself. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a blissful night's sleep. Come and find youself on your mat. Classes will run every Monday Jan 19 to April 27. drop in okay, $15 at door. Also, on Dec 29 and Jan 5. There is lots of room in Tynehead heritage hall and parking right at the door.
