Join Courtney Sutherland of Unlocking You Yoga for weekly yoga classes just for women. Whether you are brand new, or have years of experience, these classes will be perfect for you and you will feel amazing when you leave. Courtney has more than 16 years of experience. Her passion is creating dynamic and safe sequences that are accessible for all levels of practitioners. There are 3 choices each week, each class is 60 minutes:
UP1Yoga- Unlock Your Power: Level 1 - Tuesdays at 9:30am
This is a wonderful women’s-only flow vinyasa class to learn or get back to the basics. Each class is 95% the same so you can practice and learn by repetition. Simple and challenging.
UP2Yoga- Unlock Your Power: All Levels - Tuesdays at Noon
Using the skeleton of the beginner’s class, we’ll build to peak postures, focus on different parts of the body, and weave in deeper energetic themes from the Yoga and Ayurvedic traditions. Each sequence will be different and will challenge you in many different ways. Modifications and variations are always welcome, so this class is great for all levels and abilities. Women only.
Gentle Yoga- Unlock Your Calm: All Levels - Thursdays at 12pm
A women’s-only yoga retreat in your hometown. Expect to spend time in each restorative pose, create space in your body and mind, and focus on your breath. We’ll explore the effects of meditation, posture, breath, and Mudras, and you’ll create the perfect formula for yourself for achieving calm.
New Students can enjoy their first 3 classes for $30.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please provide 12 hours of notice to cancel without penalty. No refunds. Class credit will be returned to your account for use at another time. Punch passes are non-transferable. Please be on time for class. Doors will be locked promptly at the beginning of class out of respect for other student’s practice.
